Late cancellation fees

Cancellation made less than 3 hours from the appointment time incurs late cancellation fee $55. For example, your appointment time is at 3 pm and cancelled at 12:30pm.

Cancellation made less than 30mins from the appointment time is regarded as NO SHOW. Example, your appointment is 3PM and Cancelled at 2:45PM.

Not showing up to the appointment will be charged full appointment fee.

Please note that there are people on the waiting list and some people really need appointment to alleviate their pain. So please consider cancelling early enough so that we can pass the spot to someone really needs. Thank you.

Gift Certificate Refund Policy

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Gift certificates are transferable unless otherwise stated.

• Any unused balance will remain on the gift certificate until the expiry date (if applicable).

• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates cannot be replaced.

• Gift certificates must be presented at the time of redemption.

• This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
